Simple comparison among JCRB cells
The search will pick up one STR profile data of the particular cell from the JCRB profile database. The system will then calculate an evaluation values(EV) against all other human cells in the JCRB profile database.
Query examples (How to use wild cards):
- "hela" matches only HeLa (case insensitive exact match).
- "hela*" matches Hela, heLaS3, HeLa AG, or etc.
- "*ec*" matches ECV 304, NEC14, Hec-1 or etc.
- "*" is a wild card for many characters.
- "?" is a wild card for a single character.
- case insensitive.
