Some cell type like [Virus production cells], [Primary mesenchymal stem cells], [Human iPS cells] and [human mutant cell repository from Kyoto University] are not available to overseas researchers. Cells will be shipped from Germany by FUJIFILM Wako Europe. Please check with FUJIFILM Wako Europe prior to ordering if you have specific questions regarding delivery timelines. All prices are inclusive of shipping and handling fees. FUJIFILM Wako Europe may add to the Price any appropriate VAT for the cells delivered to all French based customers. For delivery to EU member states (excluding GermanyFrance), sales are subject to payment of tax by the recipient in the destination country (reverse charge rule). For delivery to non-EU based customers (e.g. Norway, UK and Swiss customers), such customers shall be responsible for paying any import tax and any VAT. FUJIFILM Wako Europe will invoice you at the time of shipment for your order. Payment terms are either "due on receipt" if a valid Purchase Order is presented when placing the order or pre-payment via wire transfer prior to shipment. Kindly note for orders shipped to Europe we do not accept credit card payments.

All order cancellation requests must be made PRIOR to submit signed "Form A". Once a signed "Form A" has been submitted, that order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. If for any reason, the purchaser wishes to cancel a pending order, they must adhere to this cancellation policy.
