これらの細胞株はヘルペスウイルスサイミリで不死化されており、本来は培地にIL-2の添加無しで増殖します。しかし、非常にデリケートな細胞株で、使用するFBSのロットによる増殖の差が大きく、JCRB細胞バンクで培養する際に、IL-2添加なしでは増殖が悪かったのでIL-2を添加して培養しました。したがって、これらの細胞を培養する際には、IL-2を添加して培養してください。IL-2の添加量は解凍時には多め(100-50 U/mL)に、順調に増殖してきたら徐々に減らすことは可能です。詳細は各細胞株のロット情報を参照してください。さらに、これらの細胞株は非常に小型なので遠心は、1200-1300 rpmで8-10分間ほどすることをお勧めします。
