Case history
diagnosed as having acute lymphocytic leukemia, T cell type. Presenting symptoms when diagnosed were, massive lymphoadenopaty, hepatosplenomegaly a mediastinal mass. White blood cell count was 1700,000/mm^3 with 99% lymphoblasts.
