当該細胞株は、利用者が私企業に所属する場合、京都大学との間で個別にマテリアルトランスファーアグリーメント (MTA) を取り交わすよう依頼を受けております。従って、企業ユーザーの方は分譲の依頼に先立ち、下記、細胞樹立者の嶋田先生に連絡して京都大学との間でＭＴＡを取り交わし、そのコピーを貼付して分譲依頼を行ってください。その際、実験目的等の情報についてお尋ねする場合があります。

なお、嶋田先生に連絡をする際、ＪＣＲＢ番号、細胞名を明確にお伝えください。

１．KYSEシリーズ細胞株の分譲は日本国内に限定することとなりました。

２．KYSEシリーズ細胞株の分譲に際しては、別途お送りする「細胞株の使用に関する同意書」にて次の事項に同意していただきます。

　(1)．当該細胞株を用いた発表論文には、次に指定する細胞株の樹立に関する原著論文
　　　 （当該細胞に関するもの）を引用する（ただし、引用論文数に制約等があり、
　　　 引用することが困難な場合はこの限りではない）。

- Unavailability of KYSE series cell lines to oversea users outside of Japan -

The distribution of KYSE series esophageal cancer cell lines is limited to users in Japan. The JCRB/HSRRB cell bank is sorry for the unavailability of these cell lines to oversea researchers.
